• Surgery must be completed before 31 December 2026.
• Pre-operative eye assessment RM200 is excluded from the package price.
• Patient has to pay for additional medications prescribed by the surgeon, if applicable.
• Prices are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) for non-Malaysians beginning 1st September 2025.
• Package validity is subject to approval and promotional period.
