• This package is not applicable for emergency cases, out-of-office hours and complications.
• Procedures by participating consultants only. Eligibility advised by your attending consultant.
• This package includes standard sedation, daycare recovery and nursing services.
• This package, laboratory test, biopsy forceps, biopsy reporting fee,medications and consultation.
• This package is valid until 30th Sept 2026 only.
• SMCD reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions should any circumstances and regulations change.
