• For self-paying local residents and permanent resident only (medical tourists excluded).
• Excluding biopsy, laboratory test, radiology test, take home medications, deep sedation, follow up consultation, cross referral to other specialist, out of hours charges, therapeutic consumables, and charges incurred for any complications.
• Package is carried out as a day-care procedure under general anaesthesia.
• Eligibility for package will be determined by doctor.
• Package applies for participating doctors only.
• Pay & Claim will void package availability.
• Package valid until 31st December 2026.
• SMCD reserves the right to change the terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.
• Prices are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) for non Malaysians beginning 1st September 2025.
