• Pay and claim will void the package eligibility.
• The test will be conducted in the hospital
• This package is not inclusive of pre-assessment consultation
• Suitability of this package will be advice by the attending doctor
• This package price does not include Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) titration should the patient needs
one during the test.
