Fast for at least 8–10 hours before your health screening appointment. Plain water is allowed during the fasting period.

You may continue taking your routine medication for high blood pressure unless advised by your doctor.

3. What documents should I bring for my health screening appointment?

Please bring your Identity Card (for Malaysians) or Passport (for Non-Malaysians) for registration and verification purposes.

4. Do I need to make an appointment for a health screening?

Advance appointments are recommended. Walk-in patients may experience longer waiting times.

5. How should I prepare for a stress test?

If your package includes a stress test, wear comfortable sportswear and avoid caffeinated beverages before the test.

6. How long does a health screening take?

A health screening typically takes approximately 3–5 hours or longer, depending on the package selected and the number of tests required.

7. Can I undergo a health screening during my menstrual period?

If you are menstruating, certain tests may need to be postponed until after your menstrual period has ended.

8. What should I avoid before a mammogram screening?

Avoid using deodorant, talcum powder, lotions, or perfumes on the day of your mammogram, as these may affect image quality. Mammogram screening should be performed not more than once per year.

9. Can I bring valuables or jewellery to my health screening appointment?

We recommend avoiding bringing valuables or jewellery to your appointment for your convenience and safekeeping.
