1. The Travel Vaccination Package is valid from 1st August to 31st December 2025.
2. Redemption Period: The package must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
3. This package is applicable for self-paying customers only.
4. This package is applicable to individuals aged 18 years and above.
5. Vaccinations must be administered at the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department.
6. The package is offered at a bundled price and is valid for a single transaction only. Items included in the package are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be separated or transacted individually.
7. Any additional medications or services not specified within the package will be subject to separate charges, where applicable.
8. The hospital reserves the right to amend the items or prices listed at its sole discretion without prior notice.
