1. This package price is applicable for self-paying only.
2. This package is include 2 day and 1 night stay.
3. This package is applicable to inpatient admission during office hours.
4. This package is under General Anesthesia (GA).
5. This package is exclude multiple procedure and ICU/HDU admission, complication, emergency or after office hours admission.
6. This package is exclude take home medication, laboratory and imaging.
7. This package is exclude combined surgeries or multiple procedures.
8. This package is valid until 31 December 2026.
9. This package is available to Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, and expatriates holding a valid visa or permit. Expatriates are subject to a 6% Sales and Services Tax (SST). This package is not applicable to health tourists.
10. This package is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
11. This package is available only at Sunway Medical Centre Damansara.
