This Package Does Not Include:

The post-surgery physiotherapy package does not require any consumables and pain management modalities. However, any additional services requested by the patient or recommended by our physiotherapist, along with their required consumables, will incur additional charges and are not covered under the initial package.

Terms & Conditions

1. This package is only applicable at Sunway Medical Centre Damansara.
2. This package is only eligible for self-paying patients.
3. A valid referral letter must be presented to be eligible for this package.
4. Full payment is required upon sign-up. This package is non-refundable , non-transferable and sharing of package sessions with other individuals is strictly prohibited.
5. Patients must fully utilize their existing package before purchasing or renewing another package.
6. This package is available to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents only. Non-citizens are subject to 6% Sales and Services Tax (SST). This package is not applicable for Health Tourist.
7. Sunway Medical Centre Damansara reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
